How To Order

We offer various types of order dispatch & collection. Here is a quick overview to how to order for each method.

You can browse our range either using the menu on the left hand side of the screen or by using the picture menu below the top slider. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search box to do so.

To select an item, click on "more details". Further information about the product appears along with an "add to cart" button. Place the desired quantity into your cart. You can now return to the previous page using the back button above the item details, select a different category from the left hand menu, search for another item using the search box, or proceed to checkout.

Mail Order (ambient, chilled & frozen)

Place the desired items into your shopping cart as per the instructions above, then proceed to checkout. Select your country. The available shipping methods will be displayed for you to select from. For mail order these are: shipping, chilled shipping, frozen shipping, frozen & chilled combined shipping. Depending on the nature of the products you have selected, certain types of shipping will be disabled (i.e. you cannot select shipping for a frozen item as this requires special packaging). Select your payment method and continue through the checkout. If you have a voucher, it can be redeemed at this point.

Please note: frozen & chilled orders are only dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure timely delivery and to ensure that they are not held up in a depot over the weekend. Upon receipt you will need to unpack and store the items in either your fridge or freezer.

Mobile Store Shipping (collection from a pick up point)

Place the desired items into your shopping cart as per the instructions above. As a final item you will need to select a pick up point. To do this click on *Mobile Store Shipping* at the bottom of the left hand menu, click on "more details" and select your collection point from the drop down menu, then proceed to checkout. Select your country. The available shipping methods will be displayed for you to select from. Select mobile store shipping. Select your payment method and continue through the checkout. If you have a voucher, it can be redeemed at this point.

Please note: if you have not selected a pick up point we will not know which delivery tour your order needs to be placed on!

We need to receive your order at least 24 hours prior to collection in order for it to be processed and placed onto the mobile store for you to collect. We apologise that it is not possible for the mobile store to be held up for late orders, or to return to the warehouse in the event of your order being placed last minute.

Place the desired items into your shopping cart as per the instructions above, then proceed to checkout. Select your country. The available shipping methods will be displayed for you to select from. Select Click & Collect. Select your payment method and continue through the checkout. If you have a voucher, it can be redeemed at this point. In the note section of the order form please inform us of when you would like to collect (day & time). The following are available: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 15:00. Collection is only available for pre-ordered goods. The collection days / times are subject to change & will be confirmed separately upon receipt of your order.
