Now this one obviously depends on what it is you are looking for, but we always strive to do your best to source items, so go ahead & send us an email or give us a call.

Do products have a short shelf-life?

There are times when items have short shelf-lives, for instance fresh cakes have a short shelf-life of approximately 2 weeks. Because of this we do not carry these products in stock, but bring them from the UK especially to fulfill orders. Another example would be items on sale, however, the shelf-life is displayed on these items.

Will my frozen items still be frozen when I receive them?

Yes! Your items will arrive frozen. To ensure this we only ship orders with frozen items on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so that they are not held up in a depot over the weekend. But the continuity of the cold chain depends on you being able to accept delivery when the shipping company arrives. Any delay on collection could break the cold chain! It has been our experience that pack-stations cause frequent problems and therefore we do not ship to pack-stations any products that are frozen or chilled. Thank you for your understanding.

Will my chilled items still be chilled when I receive them?
